Miss Bre

Miss Bre’s journey in dance began at a young age and has been a passion of hers ever since. With extensive training in tap, jazz, ballet, musical theatre, lyrical, and contemporary, she has a diverse dance background. She started teaching in 2005 and founded Infinite Creations in 2014. Miss Bre holds several prestigious certifications, including the ADAPT teaching certificate for tap and jazz, and Acrobatic Arts certificates (M1 & M2) for acro dance. She is actively involved in the dance community as the Vice President and Winter Event Coordinator for the Wild Rose Dance Arts Association (WRDAA) and is a member of the American Dance Therapy Association (ADTA). Additionally, she is a certified dance adjudicator with the Dance Leadership Institute. Her accomplishments include successfully passing her ADAPT jazz and tap Intermediate exams, completing Al Gilbert tap exams (finishing tap 8 with Highest Honors), and pursuing several RAD ballet exams. In 2007, she was honored with the Heather Simpson Memorial Scholarship for dance education. A highlight of her career was performing at Disneyland during the Disney Magic Music Days. Miss Bre is committed to lifelong learning and regularly participates in professional development courses, such as Mental Skills Training For Dancers with Lauren Ritchie, classes at the Disney Institute in California, and the Daring Leadership Certificate Program, inspired by Brené Brown. She is also currently working on her Acro Adjudicator Certification through Acrobatic Arts, and her Dance Educator Certificate for Mental Health through Danscend. She has also trained in New York with Broadway and industry professionals and continues to take online classes to stay current. In addition to her dance expertise, Miss Bre has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a minor in psychology from STMU, an Early Childhood Education Diploma (Level 3/Supervisor), and certifications in Handwriting Without Tears, Kindermusik, and Jolly Phonics. She is thrilled to lead Infinite Creations and looks forward to inspiring the next generation of confident leaders!

Miss Kate

Originally from Calgary, Miss Kate put on her first pair of ballet slippers at age 3 and has been dancing ever since. She began her training at the International School of Ballet (ISB) and was accepted to Canada’s National Ballet School in Toronto at the age of 12. Miss Kate completed her training at the School of Alberta Ballet (SAB) in their Post-Graduate Program under Nancy and Murray Kilgour. She has had the opportunity to perform with Alberta Ballet, The National Ballet of Canada, and Ballet Tucson. Her repertoire includes many corps de ballet and soloist roles in ballets such as Swan Lake, Carmen, Cinderella, Don Quixote, and the Nutcracker. Upon retiring from dancing professionally, Miss Kate began teaching, and is passionate about passing on her knowledge and love of classical ballet to the next generation. She completed the Certificate of Ballet Teaching Studies through the Royal Academy of Dance in 2017 and is a registered R.A.D teacher, who still actively participates in professional development and training opportunities. Miss Kate is thrilled to be both a dance educator and the Assistant Director at ICDS! She is looking forward to sharing her talents, and passion for ballet with each of her students!

Miss Kaylee

Miss Kaylee began dancing at the age of 3 and trained in Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Hip Hop, and Musical Theatre throughout her dance journey. She has completed her RAD Grade 8 and Vocational Intermediate Ballet exams, as well as some of her ADAPT Pre- Intermediate Jazz and Tap exams. Miss Kaylee is passionate about further education and has taken classes with renowned artists such as Brian Foley, Jason Samuels Smith, and Comfort Fedoke, and has earned high score, judges’ choice awards, and cash prizes at various competitions for both her solo and group performances. She has also expanded her dance knowledge through mental skills training for dancers with Lauren Ritchie and injury prevention with Leah Peterson at Indepth Physiotherapy. In addition to her dance accomplishments, Miss Kaylee was recognized as Student Athletic Trainer of the Year and received a perfect grade in her Student Athletic Trainer course. She is currently in her first year at the University of Calgary, pursuing a Bachelor of Kinesiology. Miss Kaylee is thrilled to be joining the ICDS faculty this season and is excited to share her love of dance with the next generation of students.

Miss Ariana

Miss Ariana has been dedicated to dance for over 15 years, achieving remarkable success across a variety of styles including ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, and acro. Miss Ariana has had numerous opportunities to travel for her training with invitations to places like Paris and London. She has also been fortunate to be mentored by leading acrobatic educators like Melissa Klassen and Kara Haley. Several years ago, Miss Ariana’s deep passion for dance evolved into a love for dance education, marking an exciting new chapter in her dance journey. We are thrilled to welcome Miss Ariana back to ICDS for her second season and and are excited to see the amazing continued impact she makes with our students!

Miss Jay

Miss Jay began her dance journey at ICDS, where she trained in jazz, ballet, lyrical, hip hop, and acro. Following her early training, she pursued her true passion for hip hop at UniverseSoul, one of Calgary's premier hip hop studios. There, she had the opportunity to train with renowned industry professionals such as Goldie Wong, Alexander Chung, Dylan Mayoral, and Gina Michel. Her time at UniverseSoul was marked by success, as she competed with their Mega Crews and earned numerous high score and judges awards. In addition to her competitive achievements, Miss Jay remains dedicated to her craft by regularly taking dance classes and engaging in professional development to inspire both herself and her students. She is currently in her fifth year at the University of Calgary, working towards a Bachelor of Political Science degree. We are excited to have Miss Jay back at ICDS and on our teaching and admin team. Her enthusiasm for dance and hip hop continues to drive her, and she looks forward to sharing her passion with all of our students this season!

Miss Shannon

Miss Shannon’s dance journey began at the age of three, and she became an important member of the Infinite Dance Family at age thirteen. She joined ICDS both as a competitive dancer and a STEP Team Member, where her dedication shone through in her training in jazz, tap, ballet, and lyrical dance. Her commitment to the art form earned her several awards in competition. One of her most cherished memories is performing at Disneyland with her dance family and taking classes from the Disney Performing Arts Faculty. She also had the opportunity to take classes in New York, further expanding her dance experience. Miss Shannon is currently in her final year at the University of Calgary, pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. As the first student to transition from our STEP Team Program to our full teaching and admin team, Miss Shannon brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role. We are thrilled to have her contribute her insights and enthusiasm both in the office and in the dance classroom. She looks forward to continuing her dance journey at Infinite Creations and inspiring our students along the way!

Miss Cabri

Miss Cabri has been immersed in dance since the age of 5 and began competing at age 7. Her extensive training includes Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre, Contemporary, Pointe, and Acro. She has achieved notable successes in her examinations, including the ADAPT Intermediate 3 Tap and Jazz exams, as well as the RAD Ballet Grade 8 and Advanced I exams. As a student, Miss Cabri had the opportunity to perform with the Moscow Ballet in Cinderella and The Great Russian Nutcracker. She is the 2025 recipient of the Heather Simpson Memorial Award in Dance and holds her Acrobatic Arts Module 1 Certification. Miss Cabri recently graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance with Distinction. While there, she trained with esteemed artists such as Sasha Ivanochko, Christianne Ullmark, Laurie Taylor, Heather Ware, Marie France Forcier, Melanie Kloetzel, and Melissa Monteros. Her university performance credits include Dance Montage, Dance@Noon, Dance@Night, and Mainstage Dance. She danced with En Corps Dance Collective last season, previously spent two seasons with the Corps Bara Dance Theatre Company, and continues to train in city classes. She has completed her first year of the ADAPT Teacher Training School (TTS) and is currently working towards her Healthy Dance Practice Certificate from Safe in Dance International. This fall, Miss Cabri is thrilled to be choreographing for Bare Dance’s The Eternal Corporation. She is excited to bring her wealth of experience and passion to the students at ICDS.

Miss Jocelyne

Miss Jocelyne began her dance journey in Saskatchewan at the age of 3, quickly developing a deep passion for the art form. Her training includes Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Jazz, and Lyrical. She has achieved significant milestones, completing graded and vocational RAD Ballet exams up to Grade 8 and Advanced II, Intermediate 3 ADAPT Tap and Jazz exams, and Elementary Level CDTA Tap and Jazz exams. One of her most cherished dance memories is performing in Cinderellawith the prestigious Ballet Jörgen. Miss Jocelyne has also had the opportunity to train with notable educators such as Brian and Faye Foley, Sherri-Lou Drewitz Kanten, and Lynette Kelley. Her competitive experience includes dancing on national stages where she has received accolades such as adjudicator’s choice awards, overall awards, and cash scholarships for her solos and group performances. She has completed her Module 1 Acro teaching certification through Acrobatic Arts and recently completed her first year of the ADAPT Teacher Training School (TTS) for Tap and Jazz. Miss Jocelyne is currently in her second year at the University of Calgary, pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Real Estate and a minor in Dance. She also serves as the current Vice President of Operations for the UCalgary Dance Company. Now entering her third year of teaching at ICDS, Miss Jocelyne is thrilled to continue sharing her passion and inspiring the next generation of dancers!

Miss Giselle

Miss Giselle’s dance journey began at the age of three, with an early and profound love for ballet. Trained in Calgary at ISB under the expert guidance of Mrs. Umran Sumen, Miss Giselle excelled at her craft. She was a prominent dancer at JCBS, taking on esteemed roles such as Clara, Sugarplum, and Princess Florine. Her dedication to ballet is further evidenced by her successful completion of her Advanced II RAD Ballet Exam (with Distinction). Miss Giselle continued to pursue her passion by accepting a position at the post-secondary program in the Victoria Academy of Ballet, where she received extensive training in both classical ballet and contemporary dance. She has also had the opportunity to perform choreography by renowned educators, including Alysa Pires. Currently, Miss Giselle is studying Biological Sciences at the University of Calgary. We are excited to welcome Miss Giselle back to our team this season and look forward to her sharing her exceptional knowledge and passion for dance!

Miss Ava

Miss Ava's passion for dance began at a young age, and she has been a valued member of the ICDS dance family since its founding in 2014. She is a versatile dancer with extensive training and competition experience in jazz, tap, ballet, acro, and lyrical. During her time at ICDS, Miss Ava successfully completed her RAD Intermediate Ballet exam, her ADAPT Intermediate 3 Jazz and Tap exams, and most recently, her ADAPT Advanced Tap exam. Her dedication to dance also led her to perform internationally in California and New York City. Miss Ava has completed all three years of the ADAPT Teacher Training School (TTS) and is now a fully certified Tap and Jazz instructor. She has also earned her Module 1 and Module 2 certifications through Acrobatic Arts, including specialized training in Aerial and Back Handspring technique. This summer, she continued to demonstrate her leadership and love for dance as the ICDS Summer Camp Director. Now in her second year of both the Bachelor of Nursing program at the University of Calgary and her teaching career at ICDS, Miss Ava continues to inspire students with her dedication, talent, and passion for dance.
